To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online health assessment honestly and in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual where it would be clinically inappropriate or unsafe to do so.
You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have undisclosed medical conditions that may contraindicate weight loss treatment. Providing false or misleading health information may put your health at serious risk and may constitute a breach of these terms.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Hamilton are reviewed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist. A prescription will only be issued where it is deemed clinically appropriate based on the information you provide.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or request additional information before issuing any prescription. Our clinical team may contact you for clarification prior to approval. Prescriptions remain the property of the prescriber and are non-transferable.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or specialist care. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any treatments obtained through our clinic.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the chosen courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring this address is accurate and secure. We cannot be held liable for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via the details on our website. Once an order has been approved and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to the medicinal nature of the products.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
